Consultation / Screening
Unsure if your child needs additional services; have any concerns regarding your child’s speech and language development?
Book a free screening/consult over the phone/telehealth to determine the next steps to assist your child in their language development.
Evaluation
The initial evaluation will last approximately 60 minutes and assist in determining if services are warranted and look at your child’s strengths and skills to improve.
Therapy Session
Treatment sessions last approximately 30 to 60 minutes and are provided at home and via tele-health options if appropriate for your child. Sessions vary depending on each child but involve modeling and promoting language development via play activities.
Cheerful Chirp Therapy
Cheerful Chirp was founded to provide quality speech and language therapy that is family-focused. I have a passion for augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), speech sound disorders, and language development. I am continuing to grow in my knowledge related to feeding and neurodiversity-affirming therapy practices. My goal, in sessions, is to create a connection with family to promote open communication and with clients to allow for communication to grow and develop naturally. I believe every child has their unique strengths, and therapy should work on building off those strengths and interests to support their development.
